Benoit Bolland was appointed as a member of the Codiac Regional Policing Authority (CRPA) in 2022. Benoit has a master’s degree in criminology and has gained over 15 years’ experience in various police and customs forces in Belgium before working for the European Commission.

In Canada, he was coordinator of internships in criminology and sociology at the University of Moncton, where he is also a lecturer. He holds different voluntary roles. He joined the federal government in 2020 as an investigation specialist.
