Kim was appointed a member of the Codiac Regional Policing Authority (CRPA) in 2024 and currently serves on the Executive as Secretary of the board. She is a retired Financial Professional who spent her 40-year career in the Automotive Industry, Credit Union System and finally teaching in the Business Department at NBCC.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA from Universite de Moncton and a Masters in Adult Education from University of New Brunswick.  She also completed her Canadian Securities designation and is a Fellow of the Credit Union.

Kim is a lifelong resident of Moncton and has a passion for serving her community. She has been a member of several boards, most recently the YMCA, Mount Royal United Church, Greater Moncton Museum and sat on numerous charitable and business committees including the Friends of the Moncton Hospital, Canadian Cancer Society, Business and Professional Women and Chamber of Commerce. Kim is currently 1^st Vice President of Women’s Probus of South Eastern New Brunswick.
