Matt Carter was appointed as a member of the Codiac Regional Policing Authority (CRPA) in 2022. Matt is a dedicated HR and Business Professional. A true advocate for collaboration and progress, Matt is deeply invested in the success of both business and his community. Matt co-owns SMART Human Resources Solutions Inc., and he proudly serves as Chair of the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce board in addition to his role at the Codiac Regional Police Authority, where his leadership and insights make a tangible difference.

When he’s not solving problems or championing local initiatives, you can find Matt at the rink, proudly cheering on his 4 children. When he is not in the boardroom or rink, Matt enjoys the quiet outdoors, hunting and fishing and spending time at his summer property in Lake George, with his partner Bev.
